Return Policy
Unworn (new) shoes and boots may be returned for full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will ship an exchange at no charge for the shipping. Full credit will be issued to the original credit card used at purchase. Worn shoes and boots, as well as out of date purchases, may be shipped to our distribution center for inspection. We will be fair and generous whenever possible on all worn and out of date returns. The consumer accepts responsibility for shipping charges and/or merchandise lost or damaged in transit until received at the distribution center.
